Photos show U.S. troops' 'inhuman conduct' with suicide bombers bodies

By CNN Wire Staff

A slew of officials from NATO's International Security Assistance Force in Afghanistan and the U.S. military issued strong condemnations Wednesday as the Los Angeles Times published photos of U.S. troops posing with what the newspaper said are the bodies of suicide bombers.

The incident, which took place in 2010, "represents a serious error in judgment by several soldiers who have acted out of ignorance and unfamiliarity with U.S. Army values," ISAF said in the statement. Gen. John Allen, the ISAF commander, "strongly condemned" the photos published by the Los Angeles Times.

A U.S. soldier released the photos to the paper "to draw attention to the safety risk of a breakdown in leadership and discipline," the Times said.

The military said an investigation is underway.

There is no right or wrong in their actions towards the dead who oppose their presence within their lands, Their JOB is to comquer and bend the will of the conquered as to the futility of resitance. Todays Warriors glory lies in their ability to render Havok upon those who resirt, in otherwords the more carnage the greator the Glory. All this bickering and nit picking over minor BS would not be if everyone, beginning with our Industrial/Political Leaders would stop their lying about the realitys of what our lifestyles ddpend upon, a perpetual war to gain and control access to worlds resources before the other guy. That we people in US are not some missionarys and that it is in our self interest that comes first. The military can still be our Warrior Heros, Even be able to admit to the general public that many of them VOLUNTEER TO RETURN TO COMBAT AND prefer it to barracks life stateside and that they deserve 4x/6x the pay so that those whinny ninnys can play.

This behavior and much worse is ongoing not just in Afghanistan/Iraq but in multiple nations and multiple times and some of those actions are those of pure outright depravity. American Empires Millitary is fighting for Comquest and as they have not had to fight a millitary but no more than relatively poorly armed Civillians who are for the most part very brave and continue fighting against what in a manoymano fight they have almost no chance of winning. The American *Warriors* are all volunteers they joined for trigger time as that is what Combat arms is about. They are a part of a military force that has the ability to destroy human livesbeyond any and or of rest of worlds combined forces. US Special Operation Forces manoymanohave no equals in History of warfare. At this period of History what they have for a pretence of a war is no more than a live fire exercize with live targets. While they, due to US Supeior Technolgy, remain relatively almost immune from harm.

Hey! – Dick Clark just kicked off! Maybe we can get some of our HEE-ROWS to pose with his decaying corpse for one last photo-op. Just as long as they promise to keep him in one piece and not piss on him.

All of Islam wails with uncontrollable grief at the passing of the great Dick Weed!

Maybe subconsciously these war fighters are saying to our society and government back home. Well, we did our job and our promises were kept. How long do we have to keep coming back to this hell hole and listening to your broken promises of peace!

So let's get this straight, we can expect our soldiers to kill enemy combatants, the same enemy who would desecrate (and have) US bodies given the chance, the same enemy that torture and execute US military personel that are captured, but our soldiers can't make fun of them after they are dead? Horse shit. You can't ask them to kill and then be upset when they act like warriors. You can't turn it on and off like water. The hell with enemy dead. They should bury everyone of their enemies with a pig carcass to insure they don't go to paradise.

I feel that it is wrong for young troops to behave in such a way. It's much worse for an older news network to constantly display these photo's, for the world to see. Many would view this as if it's an everyday occurrence. Resulting in a prolonged war and more hate tread toward the U.S.

Ah, nothing like sinking to the level of your so-called 'inferiors' in order to feel like a man.

    Priceless. Truly fucking priceless.

There wasn't any urinating on bodies, just photos of dead bodies, soldiers letting off some steam during war by posing with them. If you read the article, they were SUICIDE BOMBERS,the military should quit with this political correctness crap.Do you think the Taliban gives a shit about political correctness?

But doesn't that make us different from them? I am in the Air Force and have been over there. Just because they are animals does not mean we have to act like animals. You know like Mom always use to say, " Don't stoop down to their level son!" Let's be serious about this! Posing with dead bodies is WRONG! You should want to be better than that. Do you?

I agree with retired vet....posing with the bodies is nothing that should be taken so damn hard. Those soldiers are posing with dead people who wanted to KILL THEM....I commend the fact that they did that. It' doesn't make them animals either...it shows they are red blooded AMERICANS...

Not all troops are as dumb as these and those in the very near past that have found it fun to pee on the dead. I am a service member here now in Afghanistan and i find this to be the worst thing a soldier could do to the image and values we should have as humans and as service members
