2 Western journalists killed in Syria, opposition activists say
Washington (CNN) - Two Western journalists were killed Wednesday in the Syrian city of Homs amidst heavy shelling from government forces, opposition activists said.
The Sunday Times of London said one of the journalists reportedly killed was staffer Marie Colvin - the only British newspaper journalist inside the besieged Syrian enclave of Baba Amr.
Colvin was on air with CNN on Tuesday night, recalling how she watched a young boy die after his house was struck by shelling.

i think he was great and he always says that no one is too oaidnrry to be hero and that we have to unleash the hero inside you. his presentation has showed the he didn't give up even people have been letting him down, and because he didn't give up, he was able to be cnn hero of the year and educate poor children in the philippines.
Marie knew she was risking her life. When governments cut off communications of the people we have no one but the brave journalists and humanitarians to tell the world what is happening. God bless them and keep them.
