Senior Dems want Europe input on any Russia sanctions

Senior Senate Democrats, including Majority Leader Harry Reid, cautioned Monday that any U.S. move toward sanctions against Russia over Ukraine should be carried out in accordance with European allies.

Separately, Republican Ron Johnson, a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, said he's urging fellow lawmakers to speak with "one voice" as they discuss action over the developing situation in Crimea.

    Dont they learn? Economic sanctions do not really work. It made only lives miserable in the places of sanctions. There is Cuba [60 years now] There is Iraq [until GWBush jumped in there to maul Hussein himself]
    In the time of world trade it tied East and West economies together. [so, sanction is either a bluff or it's gonna hurt both]
    But the third bud is, East to re-block to steer away from vulnerability of Western sanctions. [This will be a big set-back for the world]
