Anyone that ventures out overseas for business, pleasure or diplomatic duty should receive adequate training based on the risks in the destination. We have been training a number of companies to keep their personnel safe when traveling overseas, regrettably it is now the case that those looking to do harm (including petty criminals) will always seek out the easy option including tourists and visiting business travelers who are easier to target than your diplomats and foreign service personnel.

America is the root of all terror. America has invaded sixty countries since world war 2.
In 1953 America overthrow Iran's democratic government Mohammad Mosaddegh and installed a brutal dictator Shah. America helped Shah of Iran to establish secret police and killed thousands of Iranian people.
During Iran-Iraq war evil America supported Suddam Hossain and killed millions of Iranian people. In 1989, America, is the only country ever, shot down Iran's civilian air plane, killing 290 people.
In 2003,America invaded Iraq and killed 1,000,000+ innocent Iraqi people and 4,000,000+ Iraqi people were displaced.
Now America is a failed state with huge debt. Its debt will be 22 trillion by 2015.

They better train for something because the bozos in the House have no problem with gutting the security budgets on the off chance some Americans will be killed and then they can 'investigate' (though since they have a conclusion already, I'm not sure why they call it an 'investigation) to find out why Obama and Hillary killed these people.
Politicizing American deaths should be punishable by death.

In this day and age, everyone should have at least a class in the local street smarts especially when visiting foreign countries. Why do you think people live in gated communities or are so vocal about gun rights right here in America. Important American foreign diplomats and businessmen are protected by embassy security (US marines),private mercenaries, local versions of special ops and misc CIA operatives.

Sorry folks, I never posted the above. If we weren't the most hated country in the world today, none of this training would be necessary. Unfortunately, none of this is going to change in the foreseeable future.

on the second thought, I have no issue if we train our diplomates with snake style kung fu, so our diplomates can kill some crooks, if they are attacked.
