The FBI extensively monitored the Occupy Wall Street movement around the United States, using counterterrorism agents and other resources, according to recently released FBI internal documents.
The heavily redacted documents indicate that FBI counterterrorism agents were in close communication with law enforcement agencies, businesses, universities and other organizations across the country about the Occupy Wall Street movement, even before Occupy Wall Street set up a camp in New York's Zuccotti Park in September 2011.
In August 2011 the FBI informed New York Stock Exchange officials of a "planned Anarchist protest titled Occupy Wall Street" scheduled for September 17, 2011. The FBI also notified several New York businesses of the impending protests, according to the document.

Ever submitted an online comment that depicts the U.S. government, the budget/deficit, Congress, the President, a war or "anything" the government controls or does in a negative light? Are you ex-military? Own a firearm and or purchased ammunition? A Fusion Center has you on file then, welcome to the U.S. government's potential "domestic terrorist" club. Millions of members and growing each day....
If the government has all this friggin' information, they should put it to use and get some of the "crazys" of the street before they shoot the hell out of schools and malls!

On the fringe of every peaceful movement, there are a few radicals who are not content with non-violent change. As it was in the '60's and '70's, there's always a few willing to cross that line. The FBI 's job is to ensure those few do not get their way!
The Occupy Wall Street Movement a potential threat? Hardly!!! The only threat this country faces is the threat from the M.I.C. in Washington D.C. and it's Tea Party cronies! This, President Dwight D. Eisenhower already warned us about back in Feb. 1959 but very few people paid any attention to it!
