I believe that avoiding processed foods could be the first step so that you can lose weight. They will often taste excellent, but processed foods have got very little vitamins and minerals, making you take in more only to have enough energy to get with the day. In case you are constantly having these foods, converting to grain and other complex carbohydrates will help you to have more strength while consuming less. Interesting blog post. test website http://testdomain.com

"Inside the Benghazi diplomatic mission. . . .inside the consulate in Benghazi"

There is no US consulate in Benghazi, which is why State didn't care about security. It was probably, more than anything, a CIA nest with a dozen agents. (Ineffective, of course.)why should State provide security for CIA? Besides, the Agency like to keep a low profile.

The US does not have an embassy, a consulate or a diplomatic mission in Benghazi. There are none listed on this State Department list of all the US embassies and consulates in the world.

    http://www.usembassy.gov/

On September 12, 2012, SecState Clinton made two statements. She never used the word “consulate.”To describe the place that was attacked in Benghazi she used instead the words ‘U.S. diplomatic post, compound, our buildings and our office.’

      Sure here you go.....

"It is no secret that Hitler and his Nazi cronies sought inspiration from Indian extremist groups including the branding of his Nazi Party by adopting the Swastika, a traditionally Hindu symbol and representation of Hindu god Ganesha, as its marketing tool. The thesis being that like the Norwegian massacre the Jewish holocaust orchestrated by Hitler was inspired by the inherently violent cult of Indian Hindus and the manifesto of its then extremist/terrorist groups still in existence today. These groups are now the successors to and carrying out the vision of Al Qaeda all over the world albeit in a clandestine manner."
Let me quote another instance of this disgraceful disposition:
It is no secret that Mahatma Gandhi (Hindu leader) was a pedophile. What is very disturbing is his relationship (!) and friendship with Hitler. He is known to have offered advice and encouragement to Hitler and his Nazi Party to undertake the Jewish Holocaust."
A few months ago an auction was being arranged in Europe of Gandhi's letters and other artifacts corroborating the foregoing. Apparently, the Indian government with assistance from expatriate Indian businessmen muscled the auctioneers and put a stop to this auction.

        here is te other one...chronologically.

With such "Dark Age" culture still in existence in India how can the world be healthy and the neighbors prosperous. India poses a grave danger to the world and its deities and leaders set a bad example. Mahatma Gandhi, a pedophile, needs to be exposed and tried posthumously for his child molestation crimes just like the Penn State crowd Sandusky et al. Gandhi's statutes need to be knocked down everywhere they have been put in USA. The hindu deities need to be shattered and trashed. Disgusting figurines of ugly and scary looking characters with demonic personalities. How can hindu children grow up mentally stable looking at such atrocious representations of evil in its most heinous form.

The Obama administration has not even begun to admit how devastating the attack on Benghazi was to national security. Not only was it the first killing of a US ambassador since 1979, but as this video clearly explains there was a safe removed. That safe most likely contained classified intelligence information. So what happened was that these people who killed Steven's and company now not only escaped, they probably have access to information regarding US intelligence throughout the region. When I watch this video I am absolutely appalled by the lack of security Stevens had.

Steven was in the MIDDLE EAST, the most volatile place on earth, and the guy was living in a villa. The "safe room" he had was a couple metal bars welded to some hinges. The reality is that the guy did not even have a chance..... He asked the Obama administration multiple times for help, and this is all he got? The attackers stormed the building, Steven's and company ran behind the metal bars and hid. The attackers then surrounded the building and smoked out the safe room. The reason why the FBI was not allowed in was because they could very well determine weather or not Stevens and his people might have been tortured. I bet the Obama administration knows the answer to that, but since It is so close to election time they are doing DAMAGE CONTROL. His administration is hiding the truth, then they bash CNN for airing information that the public should rightfully know!

Well done CNN. The executive branch is so powerful these days, it seems at though they are beyond reproach. It is the obligation of the media to provide this type of information to the public so that they may make informed decisions.

Actually his requests for additional security would have been directed to the State Department's Bureau of Diplomatic Security, which handles these matters. This division is overseen by the Assistant Secretary of State for Diplomatic Security, which is Eric J. Boswell. He was appointed to this position in 2008 by President Bush. He previously served in this position under President Clinton. Prior to that, he was appointed Director of the Office of Foreign Missions by President George H. W. Bush.

It is not in the purview of the President to be responding to individual requests for security at any of the many U.S. Embassies throughout the world. It is unfortunate that many people want to turn this tragic event into a political talking point.

The Obama administration headed the Benghazi initiative, of which Stevens played a key role. Obama himself appointed Stevens as the ambassador and by the president's own admission was his friend. Yet you insist that Steven's who clearly had access to the Obama administration only worked though channels that yielded no support or assistance. Even after clearly admitting that he was being targeted for assassination, and fearing for his life, the man never once made an attempt the contact his buddy Mr. Obama?

I find that hard to believe that the Obama administration knew nothing about the situation unless they were ambivalent. Even Special Forces recommended that all embassies in the region should be on high alert. For years 9/11 was a sensitive date for terrorist attacks.

Why did the the administration downplay the attack as being a spontaneous reaction to a film? Furthermore, why did they blast the media for revealing that it was in fact not a spontaneous attack at all? I'll tell you why. The president did not want everyone fearful of terrorism prior to the election. He especially did not want that considering his party passed sweeping defense spending cuts. Now you will have to excuse me while I vomit and sweep it under the rug....
