Should U.S. cut ties to Russian companies selling arms to Syria?

CNN's Barbara Starr investigates why a Russian company that sells arms to Syria also receives hundreds of millions of dollars from a U.S. military contract? Should the U.S. be continuing to pay Russian defense companies that are party to supplying Syria with arms?
