Intel chair warns of catastrophic cyber attack

By Pam Benson

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Rogers, R-Michigan,  said a cyber attack is on its way and that the U.S. will suffer a catastrophic cyber attack.

At a hearing on the security threats facing the U.S., Rogers said the clock is ticking and it was time for Congress to act and pass cyber
security legislation.

On Wednesday night, top officials from the White House, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense and intelligence agencies held a classified briefing with senators to discuss U.S. efforts to defend against cyber attacks. See our reporting on that meeting here.

the protection of these idoits hiding behind foreign boaders, should be brought to the un and countries supporting and harbouring such criminals will face isolation from the un. but how can we call the kettle black ?? china is a major hiding spot for these opps. i think a bigger risk is turn coats such as manning types could introduce pugs into systems that could realy have a long lasting effect that could result in foreign regimes infiltrating our security and arm forces assest. the possibility of the drone that was downed over iran must have a lot of minds racing , if in fact this drone was the property of the usa. a traitor in Canada was a military geek that was spying for the russians and is a sample of this weak link. the punishments should also extend to the traitors family as a deterent . this techno geek threat is huge on any nations security and the punishment should be equal to that high treason.

I love how war-mongers keep the sheep in line by keeping them in a perpetual state of fear and panic.
